Job Description:
- Prepare and maintain documents.
- Ensure proper filing of documents and records.
- Able to work independently in a fastpaced working environment.
- Providing general administrative support to the team and department.
- Liaise with government bodies; especially JTK, Immigration, FOMEMA and etc.
- To coordinate on all activities related with foreign and local workers.
- Any other tasks/ adhoc tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma holders or equivalent in related field.
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Good computer literacy skill in Microsoft Words, Excel and etc.
- Good interpersonal skill in facilitating communication with different government departments.
- Own transport.
- Experience liaising with JTK, Immigration, FOMEMA and etc.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (required)
