Hiredly's sales team consists of two divisions.

As part of the Sales Consultant Team (Business Development) you will need to:

  • Acquire an in depth understanding of the product range, markets, as well as our customer needs and requirements
  • Grab sales opportunities by the horns by means of cold calling and networking
  • Drive sales growth to achieve individual sales targets
  • Contact potential and existing clients to inform them about the company's products and services
  • Understand your clients' concerns and needs, and strategically propose the appropriate solutions to them to close sales
  • Develop and implement concepts on how to maintain client relationships by providing support and guidance to your clients
  • Scout for potential prospects and sales leads to increase client database and create new business opportunities

; Requirements:


  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to engage in productive conversations with your clients over the phone via cold calling to help them solve their recruitment challenges
  • Salesdriven, aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Enjoy engaging with people and possess an inquisitive mind to understand client needs
