Retail Sales Assistant - Bukit Bintang, Malaysia - UTOPIA HOLDING SDN
Description
Responsibilities:
- To promoting extra goods, such as clothing, accessories, and insurance products to improve customer satisfaction and boost revenue.
- To respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and addressing concerns.
- To maintain organized and uptodate customer records, including contact information and order history.
- To maintaining a clean, wellorganized, and aesthetically pleasing showroom is essential to attracting consumers and successfully showcasing products.
- To undertake any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the management to support the overall operations.
Requirements:
- Min SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to communicate with store customers.
- Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work on Saturday and some Public Holidays.
- Selfdisciplined & able to work independently or in a team.
- Positive attitude & willing to learn.
- Young & Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced in motorcycle industry or accessories will be given priority.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Sunday (1day off) 9:00 am 6:00pm
Working Location:
- Hotel Sungai Wang, Bukit Bintang
