Description

Responsible for Production and Maintenance in the Operation

Responsible in managing a group of operation functions in AIC to ensures the delivery of all customer demand with excellent product quality, most competitive price, shortest cycle time and 100% Performance to Schedule (PTS)
Responsible of meeting the operation schedule and operation objectives by recruiting, training and developing a discipline, competent and motivated managers, engineers and supervisors.
Provide leadership by promoting AIC's Values/Policies, maintaining safety and security standards and regular participating in the management of resource in operation.
Overall planning of resources to support planned capacity.
Responsible and accountable for all the department indicators and promoting activities towards achieving those indicators
Provide vision and missions to the department to which is inline with the company objectives.
Provide programs towards improving operation productivity and efficiency by effectively using systematic problem solving methods/tools as well as effective data analysis.
Motivate and groom selected personal for career advancement in the company.
Provide support to other departments to achieve the company objectives
Perform any other assigned tasks by the President as it deems important to support company business.
Provide technical expertise / leadership to problem solving in Operation.
Implement effective Preventive and predictive Maintenance System.
Spearhead pilot training to manufacturing personnel for new equipment and process.
Lead yield improvement initiative.
Drive for continuous improvement in process and equipment performance to reduce waste reduction and improve cycle time, productivity and costs.
