Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and establish project budgets.
Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Team Management:

Assemble and manage teams of qualified translators, interpreters, editors, and proofreaders.
Assign roles and responsibilities to team members and facilitate effective collaboration.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and accuracy of translated and interpreted content by implementing quality control processes.
Establish a checklist for linguistic and cultural accuracy.
