Position:
General Manager of Operations
Position Summary:
The General Manager of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational excellence across all our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensure all operations align with the company's strategic goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Performance Management: Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), setting objectives for improvement.

Quality Control:
Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet quality standards.
- Supplier and
Inventory Management:
Oversee supplier relationships and inventory management to ensure product availability and cost-efficiency.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and address customer feedback effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of operational improvement and expertise in process optimization.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Korean language skills are a bonus.
