Description
The ATS Global Service Deskprovides end-to-end support to our customers in manufacturing environments, 24x7, in multiple languages.
Responsibilies:
- Input detailed technical information into the online
IT service management tool (ITSM) - Analyse and resolve most common enquiries using stepbystep instructions provided to you
- Deliver highquality customer service at all times
Assign complex issues to 2nd/3rd line technical issues
- Offer
advice to end users and customers
Communication with different resolver groups and performing knowledge-sharing
Requirements:

IT service desk background:
- Excellent
communication skills (both spoken and written
English and Malaysian) - Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to
work alone and
under pressure: - Commitment to
teamwork and
multicultural environment: - Strong drive to
troubleshoot, analyse and resolve basic technical issues using instructions provided
Other Requirements:

Willingness to undergo a background check (BPSS):
- Residence in Subang Jaya
Willingness to work shifts (including weekends) PH:

Previous experience in a technical support & service organization
