Description
The ATS Global Service Desk
provides end-to-end support to our customers in manufacturing environments, 24x7, in multiple languages.


Responsibilies:


  • Input detailed technical information into the online
    IT service management tool (ITSM)
  • Analyse and resolve most common enquiries using stepbystep instructions provided to you
  • Deliver highquality customer service at all times
-
Assign complex issues to 2nd/3rd line technical issues

  • Offer
    advice to end users and customers
-
Communication with different resolver groups and performing knowledge-sharing


Requirements:

-
IT service desk background:


  • Excellent
    communication skills (both spoken and written
    English and Malaysian)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to
    work alone and
    under pressure:
  • Commitment to
    teamwork and
    multicultural environment:
  • Strong drive to
    troubleshoot, analyse and resolve basic technical issues using instructions provided

Other Requirements:

Willingness to undergo a background check (BPSS):

  • Residence in Subang Jaya

Willingness to work shifts (including weekends) PH:


  • Other languages (i.e.

Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Mandarin, Polish):

Previous experience in a technical support & service organization
