Description

• Perform system monthly bank reconciliation
• Multiple companies account management
• Download and or data entry credit card transactions
• Record payroll entries
• Prepare adjusting entries
• Research and record G/L accounts per historical information to maintain consistency. Ability to conduct internet search and draw conclusions on type of expenses.
• Ability to think out of the box
• Balance Sheet accounts analysis with supporting schedule
• Month end closing on 5th of the following month with deadline driven on task assignments

• Bachelor degree in Accounting with CGPA 3.0 or above
• Minimum accounting experience 3 years or more (fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
• High attention to details and critical thinking skills
• Test will be provided on AJE preparation prior to progress interviews
• Commitment to get the job done and follow through
• Excellent communication skills and high enthusiasm
• Ability to work by yourself with mínimal supervisions
• CPA Audit experience is a plus
• Must pass background check
