• To jointly prepare the project proposal with Business Team
• Develop and maintain internal Project Management standards
• Govern the Project Management processes and procedures (Controls)
• Daily project management throughout the project life cycle
• Planning and managing the detailed project plan and monitoring the progress
• Managing the project budget (Including billing and collection)
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measures
• Coordinating project activities and managing their interdependencies
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
• Managing stakeholders' communication
• Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the project's "outcome"
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for audit purposes

• Degree/Master in IT/Engineering or related background with at least 8 years of experience
• Formal Project Management training and/or certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project/Primavera, SAP-PS
• Understanding of hardware design, development and manufacturing process
• Understanding of SDLC and quality audit process
• Experience in managing government projects
