The newly established entity, Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific, will be part of the global Mercedes-Benz Group After-Sales supply chain network, covering the regional distribution hub, regional Asia Pacific functions and the center of competence supply chain steering Asia Pacific.

The future Regional Logistics Centre is currently under construction and will start operations in 2023.

The future Regional Logistics Centre (RLC) in Senai (Johor Bahru) will be a key facility in the global GSP Parts Logistics Network and will serve as a distribution site for spare parts to 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region.

It will take care of the importation, the storage as well as the regional management of spare part and accessories distribution.

**Your tasks & responsibilities: - To support the WOM manager on the warehouse operation management including tender warehouse operations, define warehouse processes, managing warehouse move, ramp-up/down warehouse, support implementation of IT/ SPM system, support IPS on warehouse related procurement.

  • To support in defining stocking concept, onboarding 3PLs and actively involving in the golive warehouse activities.
  • To support the monitoring and executing of work packages from the beginning to the end.
  • To support in the preparation of project report to the Project Mango lead or team.
  • To support in the risk assessment and mitigation.

Qualifikationen:

**Job Requirements: - Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
  • Experience in Project Management preferred.
  • Highly motivated and able to lead a team and to inspire team spirit.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Selfdirected with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced presentation (preparation and delivery) skills.
  • Strong warehouse management skills and excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Highly adaptable in managing changes on requirements and processes.
