DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The primary responsibilities are to coordinate, lead, and manage all fundraising activities for the company that align with the company's direction and objectives;
  • Identify and analyse funding opportunities, using financial modelling to combine accounting, finance, and business metrics to predict the potential impact of future events on a company's performance;
  • Responsible for the overall direction and control of all company financial matters such as financial accounting, management accounting, financial planning and internal auditing;
  • Works with the CFO/GED to develop a financial plan, negotiate and structure financial details, including developing new income sources from shares, loans etc;
  • Support in targeting and winning business;
  • Liaise with all parties involved in financial transactions and assist with negotiation;
  • Liaise with the company secretary and legal manager on all corporate matters;
  • Promotion of Quality Risk thinking;
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent;
  • Min 510 years' experience in finance tasks, corporate finance and investment banking;
  • Strong financial modelling skills, internal control and management reporting system;
  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving;
  • Management and leadership abilities;
  • Flexible and highly resourceful with the ability to work independently;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

People Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Finance: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Mandarin (required)
