Core responsibilities:


  • Drive and lead the organizational people strategy and initiatives at a regional level in partnership with site leadership team, while maintaining strategic alignment between the business and HR
  • Develop and drive people strategy aligned to site strategy such as organizational change, management and leadership development, workforce planning, succession planning, coaching senior management, focus group facilitation, offsite planning, etc
  • Partner with senior management in the development of solutions through organizational capability principles, cultural and processoriented perspectives.
  • Work to identify business needs, partner with HR teams (Functional HRBP, talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, HR shared services, HRIT etc) and deploy pragmatic solutions.
  • Works closely with management in the implementation of policies related to human resources and organizational at the regional level.
  • Empower managers through support, data and processes so they can understand the trends on their teams and come up with scalable solutions to engage, retain, develop and reward their employees.
  • Counsel, mentor and advise employees concerning workrelated challenges and help drive growth and development.
  • Conducts research and analyses data on assigned projects. Key competencies and capabilities include strategic business partnering, stakeholder management, communications, dealing with ambiguity, coaching, facilitation, process development, analysis and problem solving.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 10 or more years of increasingly responsible related experience.
  • Knowledge of organizational development with ability to develop and facilitate people related programs that will enable and improve business performance.
  • Ability to think strategically and link big pictures with facts and details.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving, critical thinking, selfinitiative, key stakeholder influencing.
  • Great interpersonal skill, good communication and listening skills, and a team player attitude.
  • Knowledge of human resources principles, industry practices, legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources policies and practices.
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of problems in dynamic environment, where analysis of the situation or data requires thorough identification of factors and analysis of impact.
  • Ability to read, analyses and interprets data, as well as recommends changes to process based on that analysis.
  • Proven effective execution capability. Keen sense of priorities, optimistic, motivate for high performance and excellence.
