JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Must be able to communicate in English and Korean (TOPIK L5 or L6).
  • Minimum SPM
  • You are required to work on rotational shifts.
  • Problem solvers and ability to perform under high paced working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Answering customer and client questions
  • Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation
  • Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
