JOB REQUIREMENT
- Must be able to communicate in English and Korean (TOPIK L5 or L6).
- Minimum SPM
- You are required to work on rotational shifts.
- Problem solvers and ability to perform under high paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answering customer and client questions
- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation
- Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
