Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls to property agents to introduce our platform and invite them to sign up.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our platform, promoting our offering services to prospective property agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, securing commitments to join our platform and utilizing our services.
  • Maintain a wellorganized database of contacted agents, closely tracking their progress through the onboarding process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed acquisition targets set by the company.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on agent acquisition progress to the management team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
  • Deliver good customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns that property agents may have in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or above.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Salary:
RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
