    Key Responsibilities:

    • Visual Content Creation: Design a diverse range of visual assets for websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and ads that support both the primary brand and sub-brands within the agriculture sector.
    • Brand Identity Management: Maintain and evolve the visual aspects of Aonic Agriculture's brand identity across all media, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
    • Campaign Visualization: Conceptualize and design key visuals for agricultural product and service campaigns, including product listings, website banners, social media ads, infographics, and promotional visuals tailored for agriculture.
    • Promotional Designs: Create eye-catching promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, newsletters, and print-based promotional materials used in the agriculture industry.
    • Product Visuals: Develop attractive, high-quality product visuals for agricultural equipment and technology, utilizing creative concepts to stimulate interest and drive sales.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Aonic Agriculture marketing and product teams to understand project objectives and translate them into engaging designs.
    • Innovation and Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to introduce fresh design ideas that reflect current trends in the agriculture and technology sectors.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all design work meets high-quality standards, aligns with Aonic Agriculture's brand, and adheres to brand guidelines, conducting thorough checks before publishing or printing any assets.

    Requirements:

    Education: Hold at least a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

    Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print content tailored to the agricultural, industrial, or similar sectors.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
    • Ability to create visually appealing, brand-consistent designs for both digital and print.
    • Knowledge of basic UX design principles is beneficial
