Description
handle sales accounts of small / medium customers. Maintain and grow accounts.
- cold calling to make appointments. Technical sales will support if necessary.
- handle small/medium enquires
- provide support to the Sales Team and Sales Manager for the daily operation, include arranging sample
- in charge of local sourcing, including follow-up sourcing with Singapore's head office

  • Perform administrative activities e.g report generation to support sales department
  • Develop and manage customer relationships and order enquires
  • Ensure sales orders are processed and delivered on time
  • Issue delivery orders and billing invoices and other customer related documents that facilitate a smooth sales order
  • Issue order & record stock
  • Coordinate with internal departments on customers' request
  • Responsible for ensuring SOP
Requirement

  • Must be able to speak Mandarin
  • Min. STPM or Higher
  • Preferably 12 year working experience
  • Skill in Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM ( Training provided for CRM & SAP if not familiar)
  • Ability to work as a Team

Salary:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)
