Description

Customer Relations Officer (CRO)
To perform general administration, handling customers, and data entry duties.
(E.g. answering calls, photocopy, mailing, filing, and data entry)


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming phone calls and update information
  • Collect payment from customers
  • Maintain a systematic filing system
  • To provide administratively support (data entry) to the accounts department
  • To perform other related activities as when necessary
  • Able to work independently
  • Training will be provided

Requirements:


  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Highly motivated & have a positive personality
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • 1 Full-Time position is available
  • Able to start work immediately
