Manage all aspects of organization's IT infrastructure to ensure resilient, secure and reliable IT environment - Responsible for enforcing IT policy, data governance, cybersecurity compliance controls throughout the organization - Implement solutions to enhance the availability, performance, and capacity of infrastructure such as server, storage, backup and networking system management - Lead digital transformation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tactical & strategic business objectives - Engage users and stakeholders to proactively fulfil business & operational needs - Developing, and implementing IT standard operating procedures and reviewing and enhancing existing procedures - Govern services provided by suppliers to ensure contract obligations are delivered and SLAs are met - Lead and mentor team members to ensure maintaining high work standards, productivity level and deliver quality solutions - Well established project management and reporting skills with high proficiency in Microsoft technologies, cloud technologies, virtualized environments - Strong technical acumen and understanding of key technology concepts and architecture - Knowledge on SQL skills, data warehousing, data analytics, data visualization methodology & tools to deliver strategic & ad hoc business needs - Ability to interact with all levels of internal business stake holders, maintain excellent relationship external vendors - Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure the progression for operational issues/ projects - A strong team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment - Excellent communication, analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration skills
