Job Descriptions:
- Take ownership of challenges faced by customers and clients' partners
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries, particularly those related to online shopping and ecommerce platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Intake date: 15/3/2024 (priority for immediate joiners)
- Fresh graduates/SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Willing to work in Bandar Medini, Iskandar Puteri
- Able to commit to rotational shifts
Salary:
Up to RM2,600.00 per month
