Position 1:
Marketing Executive - Marcom


JOB DESCRIPTION


Assist in planning of marketing communication strategies to meet our priorities in ensuring the brand positioning of our products and services.

Help develop marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships.
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Update databases to maintain the relationship between the brand and customers.
Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.

Interpersonal skills:
Team player, reliable and dependable.
Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Position 2:
Marketing Executive - Activation Team


JOB DESCRIPTION
Create brand activation plan.
Build and maintain a calendar of brand activation events for the team.
To manage the publicity and create awareness of the campaign.
Communicate to sale on any marketing initiatives to ensure smooth operation during implementation. Maintain positive and productive relationship with partners.
Support company/partner events and manage the marketing communications.
Provide support in developing company/partner marketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives.
Evaluate the marketing performance of company/partners and recommend improvements.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Skill(s): Team player, Good in communication skills, Active and outgoing.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Position 3:
Marketing Executive - WonderLab Team


JOB DESCRIPTION


Work closely with the internal creative team, content writer, and web development team to ensure Google Ads campaigns improve visibility and drive conversion goals.

Manage end-to-end paid performance media accounts, including planning, strategizing, executing, optimizing, reporting, and post-campaign analysis of SEM, paid social campaigns, and other verticals.

Assist in planning and managing the digital marketing budget to ensure that all activities are executed within the budget and achieve expected results.

Manage and provide guidance and support to the digital marketing team, maintaining close communication with other departments and executives.
Coordinate the execution of digital marketing activities to ensure they align with the company's goals and strategies.
Deepen brand connection through digital platforms by increasing customer engagement and positive association.

Manage and upkeep brand websites and oversee the development of any campaign microsites, ensuring the highest relevancy of content and UI/UX best practices are in place.

Update any form of digital channels, such as the website and third-party sites, with timely and relavant content, ensuring accuracy.

Ensure website vensord execute the production of assets and preparation in time for the launch.
Measure results for all digital touchpoints and campaigns with available tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Analyze and understand audience targeting within each digital channel and tailor creative formats to optimize the success of audience targeting.

Provide monthly reporting of digital traffic, including commentatry and recommendations.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


At least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Fluent in both spoken and written English. Others language, Malay and Mandarin is advantage.
At least 2-3 years related working experience required. Proven experience in digital marketing, with beauty industry as a plus.
Established and proven digital marketing capabilities with hands on optimisation experience.
Selt-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups.

A team player who likes to have fun, open to learn, curious, optimistic and is not afraid to roll up the sleeves and get things done.

Possess solid understanding of digital ecosystems and brand communincations and deploy into digital platforms.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, be detail and deadline-oriented and take initiative.
