Job Description
To sell IT products and services (Hardware e.g. laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, etc. / Software e.g. Microsoft, Autodesk, Adobe, Bluebeam etc. / IT Training Courses)
To prospect new customers and follow-up on sales enquiries to maximize sales opportunities
To utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies' products and services (database will be provided)
To generate leads, manage customer accounts, and promptly resolve customer complaints
To achieve Sales Target
Coordinate with purchasing department on sales orders
Use of MYOB, CRM, and HubSpot
Attend training on the latest IT hardware and software updates
Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Executive position

Requirement
SPM/STPM, Diploma, Bachelor in Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in selling IT products and services.
