    We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Gamuda Land.

    Job Summary
    The role is responsible for procurement, assisting the manager in cost monitoring and control.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Establish project budgets during pre-contract stages.
    2. Identify and evaluate tenderers for participation in tenders.
    3. Analyze tenders, perform elemental cost analysis, and conduct cost studies.
    4. Review tender and contract documents.
    5. C coordinate procurement activities, including calling tenders and negotiating awards.
    6. Review and rationalize rates.
    7. Carry out site valuations and process interim progress claims.
    8. Review quotations or claims for variation works.
    9. Review final accounts.
    10. Monitor contractual status.
    11. Assist in cost control by evaluating RFVs.
    12. Prepare financial statements and quotation documents.
    13. Maintain GLPP and standard tender documents.
    14. Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment policies.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology.

    Skills & Abilities

    Costing, estimating, and knowledge of pre- and post-contract activities.

    Experience

    Minimum 5 years of experience.
