Administrative Assistant - Cheras, Malaysia - Sky Picture Sdn Bhd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating television programs in Chinese;
- Manage data entry;
- Handle office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
- Work closely with other departments groups and attend meetings as required;
- Provide general assistance and support to the Head of Department.
Requirement:
-
Fresh graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply;
- Possess minimum SPM certificate or equivalent;
- Wellversed in
Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; - Good working knowledge of computer skill and software;
- Responsible, selfmotivated and willing to learn;
- Able to work independently and under minimum supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask;
- Only fulltime position is available.
