Planner - Perai, Malaysia - SPEED TECH ICT SDN BHD

Description

1. Production scheduling to meet customers' demand including Engineering test-runs by referring to the forecast, customer requirements, inventory status and other requirements

• Review & monitor actual production outputs from various departments, including the progress and lead time, and make sure the product is delivered based on the committed date
• Monitor & observe on FG & WIP stocks level to avoid overbuilt
• Participate in production meeting (every Tuesday & Thursday)
• Monitor & observe on raw materials & colour pigments stocks level at warehouse as need to call in from suppliers
• Raise Purchase Request (PR) to purchasing department on subcon parts, raw materials & colour pigments based on customers' forecasts & liaise with them on deliveries from suppliers
• Follow up with subcon on the deliveries on WIP when deliveries are not meeting the weekly commitment
• Liaise with sales department by updating on ETD with shipment quantity
• Extract forecast from Valeo through WebEDI & consolidate into excel file weekly
• Prepare labels for shipments to Valeo in WebEDI when CS has generated the invoices

Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover for production 12. Support the operation of the team and requirement of management when necessary


Salary:
RM1, RM6,787.08 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

• Planning: 1 year (preferred)

• Mandarin (preferred)
• Bahasa (preferred)
