Job Description:
- A people oriented person with good communication skills and the confidence to interact with people of all levels.
- Proven success in delivering results in a fastpaced, demanding, high growth, yet collaborative environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- Able to create corporate job descriptions for a diverse range of roles.
- Able to work independently in a small scale set up.
- Experience successfully using sourcing tools and resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and more.
- Deep understanding of the recruiting process and the ability to recommend improvements.
- Expertise in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers, across departments and seniority levels.
- Can do a bit of business development in order to secure new client and business.

RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
