Role Description

Aidan Technologies is looking to hire an Information Technology Trainee for a hybrid internship position located in Setapak, with flexibility for some remote work.

The IT trainee will perform day-to-day IT tasks to develop their skills.

The trainee will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, independently and as part of a team.

Job Scope

• Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Design and develop testing scripts/checklists when needed.
• Provide assistance (checklists/guidelines) and documentation (manuals/slides) when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Network Administration and Information Technology
• Excellent in New Technology skill
• Great customer service skills, Strong analysis skill, attention to detail, teamwork
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set goals
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
