Description
To perform Order Processing - enquiry, quotation & sales order & etc.

  • To communicate with customer for order status, product availability, pricing & etc
  • Prepare sales documentation invoices, PO, sales reports & etc.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure products are available for orders.
  • Generate sales report, analyze sales data, tracking KPIs & sales trends.
  • Perform Coordination internal & external, problem solving, liaison with customer issue, administration task & etc.
  • Prepare export documentation, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates of origin and shipping instructions.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • At least 2 years of handson experience dealing with International Shipping
  • Import & Export is required
  • 3 years of experience handling Stock Inventory Management
  • Good customer service skill, planning, problem solver and independent
  • Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent from MNC Company

Pay:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
