Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.
Introduce and promote products/services to generate interest and qualify leads.

  • Gather and document customer information accurately.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets and goals.

Requirements:_

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow a script while adapting to customer responses.
  • Goaloriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
