You will be teaming up with Country Managers and the Chief Commercial Officer to pinpoint talent needs, optimize operations and supercharge market strategies.

You will be the architect of streamlined commercial and administrative processes, and the driving force behind robust local team relationships.

This role is your ticket to an exciting journey where you'll be shaping the future of the company.

Nurture robust connections with local operational teams and Country Managers. Aid local teams in upholding vital client partnerships across the region.
Partner with the CCO and Country Managers to assess staffing requirements and secure resources for business objectives. Align all operations to the organization's overall goals.
Oversee operational continuity and process efficiency in the absence of Country Managers.
Formulate and implement market strategies, covering established and developing markets.
Create efficient financial, reporting, and administrative procedures across the Asian business. Ensure compliance with local regulations in all Asian operations.

The Successful Applicant:

Proven track record in a commercial operation function, with a tenure(s) at a senior leadership level.
Ability to develop and maintain fruitful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experienced in leading multiple simultaneous projects, with crossfunctional components.
Comfortable working in an agile environments and developing high potential markets.
