  • Understand & Improve CLM cycles
  • Design and execute customer journey consisting of different mode of communication, incentives and visual properties for continuous engagement and retention.


Assistance in CRM performance- Assist in developing and optimizing campaigns that drive ongoing customer engagement throughout their lifecycle as a Lazada customer.


  • Be the Super user of our CRM database (Golden Strategy & CDP); in order to create and identify customer segments and create relevant content (for push, inbox & EDMs) plans for customer retention and conversion based on their lifecycle stages.


Data Support & Content creator- Regular monitoring and data consolidation, analysis & reporting (weekly, monthly, etc.) to measure progress towards defined KPIs.


  • Stay on top of market, CRM & content trends, product and platform changes, and competitor activities that could impact Lazada's marketing activities and CRM coverage.

Job Requirements

  • Requirements/Qualifications (must have):
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Min 5+ year's project management experience (in CRM field preferred but not a must) to meet overall team's KPIs & goals, deadlines and balance multiple priorities is preferred.
  • Experience with digital analytics techniques and technologies and using ad tech and marketing tech platforms
  • Strong understanding on CRM, loyalty and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of consumer journeys and digital channels.
  • Selfmotivated, highly adaptable and comfortable in a fastchanging and fluid environment.
  • A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in driving lifecycle and marketing automation for ecommerce companies, either as an agency or clientside marketer, is a plus.

Requirements/Qualifications (good to have):

  • Good computer literacy, including hands-on experience with marketing tools, tracking technologies, MS Office Suite and SQL (an advantage to have but not a must).
  • Working experience within similar industry or field would be an advantage.
