Job Description:
-

Promote/publicize existing projects to increase brand and project awareness to public.
To conduct feasibility study, market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend & pricing.
Execute all kind of sales, marketing promotional strategies.
Handle all sources of sales inquiries including walkin, digital marketing lead, phone calls, events, roadshow and etc.
Build and maintain a good relationship with existing customers, actively source and meet potential customers for sales closure.
Follow up and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to SPA, loan agreement, bank letter of offer signed.
Compile and update sales report on a weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office
To understand and compile customers' feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales target.
Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superior.

Requirements:
-

Degree/Diploma in any field
Positive attitude, detailoriented and possess good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to coordinate assignments involving various parties
Team player and able to work on weekends & public holidays
Possess own transport and valid driving license

Salary:
From RM3,000.00 per month
