Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively pursue growth and business expansion opportunities in Warehouse space /Logistics and distribution Services by developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
  • Attend to the customers' needs both business and operations to build and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators set by the Logistics Product Head.
  • Support in the preparation, presentation, and followup on Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotations (RFQ).
  • Execute daytoday sales activities, which include sales visitation, updating new business potentials / sharing up potentials in the system, feedback on customer performance, satisfaction, AR Outstanding statuses, and progress of business development activities.
  • Communicate clearly the customers' requirements (operations, billing, communications, etc) to the Operations and Customer Service teams.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum 23 years of working experience in a similar capacity in selling logistics services.
  • Proficient in oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Posses the ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, with a high degree of selfmotivation and ambition.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
  • Possesses own transportation and a valid driving license.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
