Description

To support Managing Director in operation of the Business Development Department. Ensure implementation and administration of Business Development policies, practices and procedures.

Furthermore, the Business Development Manager's mission is to primarily promote the company and where possible, company belonging to the chain in his/her area/region.

This position is accountable for booking individual and / or group business on an established base of the top producing key accounts and for managing / converting high potential key prospects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage overseas business partners and leads.
To maintain relationships and serves as liaison between Nutriscience and business partners (NP Food, Nutrihub etc.).
To work with various business partners to plan, shape and deliver multiple strategic projects in the domain.
To lead in formulating the business strategy and future expansion plans (vision and implementation plans).
To strategize brand and product development plans by developing strategies to increase the organization's growth in core/organic markets through expanding brands and range of products.
To prepare feasibility studies for all projects and collate and coordinate all elements/resource of projects in the project planning phase.
To conduct industry research and provide presentation for the team and business partners as needed.
In line with the directives, coordinate with Directors and person(s) in charge to improve the prioritization of projects and resources (internal and external).
To work on with sales department on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management.
To develop strategic collaboration with existing business partners.
To collaborate with Account & Finance Department to prepare financial models for new business development initiatives.
Closely monitors industry trends and competitive dynamics, and prepares presentations summarizing industry segments or reporting on individual companies.
As the Company is into full multitasking, you may be required to transfer from one section to another in the same division as deems necessary by your Division Head.
Carries out other special projects and tasks assigned by members of senior management.
