We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of
Premier Centre Manager working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.


Principal Responsibilities:


  • Managing and Coordinating Third Party Sales Agent vendor's performance and targets as per the Bank's direction.
  • To work closely with Customer Value Management team, Credit, Risk, ORM, Business Risk and Control Management, SQ and other parties to grow Third Party Sales Agent business and ensure good governance.
  • Managing a team of Assistant Manager, Alternative Channel (TPSA)
  • To champion and drive the business through excellent leadership and teamwork with others
  • To safeguard the Bank from loss and always protects the Bank's reputation
  • To implement Group Compliance Policy and maintain HSBC internal control standards
Requirements

  • A university degree is preferred for this role as it involves analytical capacity and quick and measured responses on a daily basis.
  • Must be meticulous, detailed and must be strong in written English to be able to present findings and recommendation from a Quality Assurance perspective
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel, Power point and word is the key requirement for this role.
