Your responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the outlet Operation Team and provide feedback on hiring challenges.
  • Involve and participate in any hiring activities job fairs, onground hiring & etc
  • Fulfill the hiring target as per timeline
  • Update the hiring tracker on daily basis as per timeline

You are:


  • Good communication and written skills in Bahasa and English
  • Must have experience in mass hiring / blue & white collar hiring (F&B, Retail & Hotel line)
  • Familiar with different recruitment Sources
  • High of convincing and persuasiveness skills
  • Enjoy speaking to people of different cultures and backgrounds
  • Result/ target oriented
  • Resourceful
  • High work spirit, energetic and didn't easily get bored when doing repeated work daily.
  • Able to work in different location when needed

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month


Experience:

Mass Hiring: 1 year (preferred)


Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
