Job Description_

To be responsible for the filing and storage of design calculation, project documents and structural tracing.
To assist in preparation and submission of proposals, tenders and registration with the clients.
To provide support to technical staff.
To assist in manpower chart circulation.
To assist in liaising with the external parties (clients, contractors, etc) in achieving requirement of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO3700
Liaise with Project Managers and related parties to support accuracy in document requirements.
To assist in reception duties when the receptionist is not around.
Memo preparation upon required.
To assist in flight, hotel, event booking when required.
To assist in any secretarial and administrative tasks.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements_

Have at least Diploma/Certificate in any related discipline.
Having at least 2 years secretarial tasks/ administrative works in construction or engineering firm will be an added advantage.
Hardworking, selfmotivated person, independent, fast learner, systematic and able to do multitasking.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Must possessed good English communication and writing skill.
Fresh graduate with good personalities will be considered.
