Description

We are looking for an experience and talented Operations Manager to look after our functional teams in the organization e.g., HR, recruitment, training and IT.

This is a senior role and requires at least 5-10 years of experience leading multi-countries operations in the similar industry.


Deliverables

  • Manage performance and accountability of all operations and team leaders.
  • Roll up your sleeves and ensure all aspects of the teams including customers are taking care off

Responsibility/Activity:


  • Ensure all programs are meeting objectives.
  • Ensure all customers have regular business reviews and customers are satisfied.
  • Ensure billing, invoicing and forecasting is done in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Experience working in BPO/ similar outsourcing industry
  • Experience in handling HR, recruitment, training and IT teams
  • Experience in dealing with multicountries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Excellent office, PC skills and data analytics (including excel)
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Creative in solving day to day issues.
  • COPC RC and six sigma is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM8, RM15,000.00 per month
