Responsibilities:


  • To support HR & Admin Manager for daytoday activities of HR & Administration department including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, employee relation, preparing letters, payroll and administration tasks;
  • Assists in project staff deployment ensuring the effective usage of resources;
  • Follows up on issuance of staff letters (Letters/employment certificates/letters of appointments/updates new staff listing/resignation listing/phone listing);
  • Ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees;
  • To assist in preparation of monthly reports on HRrelated matters;
  • Ensure proper documentations and safe keeping, orderly and correctly in timely manner;
  • Assists in processing staff insurance claims (Submission/file/followup);
  • To perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:


  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Executive / Assistant managerial specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in property development and/ or listed entity will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken & written in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
  • Must have high level of confidentiality.
  • Possess own transport and willing to work in Taman Melati, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
