With this, they place a high value on comprehending and satisfying client's needs and requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare drawings for 3D visual rendering, sketches, 2D layout plans, and furniture drawings.
  • Create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, and other construction details.
  • Utilize expertise in residential design to perform job responsibilities.
  • To assist other design related tasks that are assigned.

Requirements:


  • Possess 3D render knowledge.
  • Possess knowledge of residential design.
  • Able to speak either Cantonese or Mandarin.
  • Able to read and type Chinese.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3Dmax, and AI photoshop
