Based in KL, only travel to JB for meeting required


As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support the company's business objectives.


Your job responsibilities would typically include:

  • Developing marketing strategies: Developing marketing plans across the business units, and retail marketing to ensure proper coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Brand management: Developing and maintaining the company's brand image and reputation. You will be responsible for developing brand guidelines, creating marketing materials, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Advertising and promotion: Developing and implementing advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Review and appoint local agencies to ensure messages are effectively and consistently communicated around the region
  • Public relations: Developing and implementing public relations strategies to promote the company's brand and manage its reputation.
  • Leadership Management: Providing feedback to content contributor and directing the quality of website content as required and publishing content for the region as required and analyse the site statistics to ensure ongoing site effectiveness.

This role will be responsible for B2C marketing activities.

Requirements:


  • Degree of Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent fields
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing or PR
  • Familiar with retail industry and marketing partnership and media network locally and regionally
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese

Salary:
RM7, RM9,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Mandarin (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
