Job summary

Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads. Create and manage customers account. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with quality services. Maintain a high degree of professionalism with customers to establish and create a good customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Create and manage customers account.

• Manage customer database and prepare costing / analysis reports.
• Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Support office administration and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
