Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Management of the company to develop business by utilizing your expertise and efforts
- Producing the highest level of quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Perform general administrative task such as filling of documents & claims
- Others related admin duties
- Assist in any other administrative and ad hoc tasks whenever required.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and answer all calls
- Prepare DO, PO, collecting Invoice and check bills
- Prepare coffee & tea, biscuits, daily amenities, stationary for office and staff welfare
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as administration manager
- Indepth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problemsolving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
