Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the Management of the company to develop business by utilizing your expertise and efforts
  • Producing the highest level of quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Perform general administrative task such as filling of documents & claims
  • Others related admin duties
  • Assist in any other administrative and ad hoc tasks whenever required.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and answer all calls
  • Prepare DO, PO, collecting Invoice and check bills
  • Prepare coffee & tea, biscuits, daily amenities, stationary for office and staff welfare

Job Requirements:


  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • Indepth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
