What You'll DoGrow and develop the managed services business in Teradata's Asia geography.
Drive customer satisfaction by managing the delivery of business outcomes through effective and efficient services rendered by an extended team of local and offshore consultants.
Who You'll Work With
Reporting directly to the regional Managed Services Director, you will be part of a highly experienced MS Engagement Managers team who are responsible for accounts across the Asia Pacific and Japan theatre of the International Region.
The service delivery teams that you will manage comprises of consultants staffed through the local professional services pool and from our offshore Global Delivery Centers.
At least 10 years in the technology services industry with relevant experience in managed services business development and service delivery management.
Operations experience in the analytics space, from data ingestion, transformation and integration, to data visualization and presentation.
What You'll Bring
Keen interest in operating and supporting multi-cloud and hybrid based advanced analytics ecosystems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that help drive continuous service improvements and efficiencies.
Excellent organizational and people skills.
