Chargeman A4 / BO / PW4 Wireman

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for MEP systems in f&B and retail stores.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and repair strategies.
Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, replacements, and installations.
Manage inventory of spare parts, equipment, and tools required for maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors as needed for maintenance projects.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a Professional A4 chargeman Certificate.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Experience involved in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and manning.
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the construction or facilities management industry.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a maintenance team.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
