Responsibilities:


Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Campaign Management:


  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making datadriven decisions to optimize and improve results.
  • Implement A/B testing to identify the most effective messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.

Budget Management:


  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different marketing channels to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular budget updates and forecasts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Conversion Optimization:


  • Implement strategies to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to create optimized and userfriendly landing pages.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends:


  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
