Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Sales Manager including customer-facing in selling and marketing of company, systems & services to end-user customers in assigned geographic location, territory, industry or accounts.
- Execute or perform tactical implementation that aligns to company strategies.
- Understand customers' expectations in quality and compliances to customer or international standards. Working with the operations team to ensure products at manufacturing will meet or exceed the customers' requirements.
- Adhere and practice, follow and maintain the company's internal system, according to the ISO and TS Standards.
- Identify potential opportunities and get sales.
- Understand and breakdown the customers' requirements.
- Work towards supporting the required needs as an individual contributor or working closely with appropriate team members.
- Lead and arbitrate projects that require coordination with other functions and organizations.
Anticipate and identify customer needs:
- investigate underlying causes
- identify short term or long term solutions
- create and lead business development plans
Salary:
RM3, RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Language:
- Chinese (preferred)
