JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Researching and developing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding customers requirements and identifying market trends.
  • Visiting and building good rapport with clients
  • Achieving sales operational objectives and targets set by the company.
  • Developing accurate and relevant sales pipelines and managing it regularly.
  • Planning, overseeing, developing and implementing new sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals for new customers to close new business.
  • Recommending extensions and strengthening services for existing customers.
  • Being accountable for any escalation by the customer, solving it promptly with the SOP and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible in recording, updating and maintaining all the related documentation to the customers in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Develop and build good rapport with all the relevant parties within the customer's portfolio to ensure smooth liaison.
  • Responsible to report to the management on the KPIs to track personal performance as well on client activity.
  • Any adhoc tasks required as and when needed by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, air freight or supply chain field in selling relevant services.
  • Selfindependent and self starter,
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales of relevant services / products.
  • Ability to work with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and any CRM software.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel.

Permanent


Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
