Key Responsibilities:
1.
Property Marketing and Sales:
- Market and promote properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online listings, social media, and direct marketing.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
- Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
2.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
- Provide professional advice on property market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
3.
Negotiation and Transactions:
- Negotiate property sales and rental agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure smooth and efficient transactions by coordinating with legal, financial, and other relevant parties.
4.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and competition.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present market reports to clients and management.
5.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of propertyrelated documents and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Penang.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for property viewings and client meetings.
