Key Responsibilities:


1.


Property Marketing and Sales:


  • Market and promote properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online listings, social media, and direct marketing.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Client Relations:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
  • Provide professional advice on property market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.

3.


Negotiation and Transactions:


  • Negotiate property sales and rental agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient transactions by coordinating with legal, financial, and other relevant parties.

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and competition.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and present market reports to clients and management.

5.


Administrative Duties:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of propertyrelated documents and reports.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in Penang.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for property viewings and client meetings.
