Key Responsibilities:

1.

Property Marketing and Sales:

Market and promote properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online listings, social media, and direct marketing.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

2.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
Provide professional advice on property market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.

3.

Negotiation and Transactions:

Negotiate property sales and rental agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Ensure smooth and efficient transactions by coordinating with legal, financial, and other relevant parties.

4.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and competition.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Prepare and present market reports to clients and management.

5.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of propertyrelated documents and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
Strong understanding of the real estate market in Penang.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for property viewings and client meetings.
