Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
- Manage parent accounts, including billing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all financial transactions.
Payroll:
- Process payroll for staff according to established schedules and tax regulations.
- Manage payroll taxes and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and maintain budgets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
Other Duties:
- Assist with yearend closing procedures.
- Maintain accounting software and systems.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Detailoriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software a plus.
- Familiarity with nonprofit accounting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to early childhood education and the wellbeing of children.
Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
