Description

We are looking for an Account Management Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to develop the ZALORA's Lifestyle (Electronics) category.

The primary focus in this role is to drive the growth of the assigned brands by being the spokesperson for Zalora.

This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence minds and make an impact at ZALORA.


Responsibilities:


  • Onboard and build relationships with new lifestyle (electronics) brands and suppliers by being the goto person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA
  • Monitor and drive growth of the assigned brands: create and execute a strategic plan that delivers on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the Brand with accurate forecasting and internal performance tracking
  • Identify market gaps, manage product assortment, analyze sellers' sales performance to drive the growth of the category and brands' sales performance
  • Work closely with internal teams eg: Marketing to incorporate specific country and brands promotions into ZALORA's marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution
  • Work with the brands / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience
  • Constantly review brands catalog and assortment to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer journey
  • Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands performance to senior management

Requirements:


  • 03 years of experience (Exposure in the ecommerce industry is preferred)
  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Excellent English skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Action and solutionoriented mindset, comfortable in a fastmoving entrepreneurial environment whilst demonstrating strong ownership
  • Experience studying and/or working abroad preferred
